Lately I'm loving the work of Birmingham designer Colleen Price. Her colors are subdued and sophisticated. Rooms are tasteful and ethereal without being bland. It's also her use of gold and glam that take these rooms up a few notches. 

The room above? There's something so incredible about it. It's upscale in a way that is so inviting. Trust me, not always easy to balance the two.
