Sunshine
Not everyone can wear yellow, this I know for certain. For me personally it depends upon the specific item. Daffodil yellow: yes. Marigold: not-so-much. Lemon yellow: yes (thank you, God). Mustard: no, thank you. Day-glo yellow: not a chance.
Does this stop me from trying, hoping, wanting, desperately and constantly to wear it during the summer? Not at all. I'm drawn to the sunny shade and the joy of a bright yellow sundress. It's even better in cotton eyelet or a stiff cotton dress like the one above. Paired with pitch perfect "of the moment" Jimmy Choo gold platforms it seems the epitome of summer style 2010, doesn't it?
For those of your blessed with a pallor that allows you to rock lemon yellow, get your BCBG on here and bust out your Visa for the Choos. Happy Saturday!

That is actually the only yellow I can wear and not look pale! I love the dress! Happy Saturday!

I love lemon yellow but I'm quite certain I can't pull it off. Let me know if you find the perfect hue for a fair-skinned redhead :)
P.S. Following you on Twitter now — what took me so long?

I wore a lemon yellow dress to a wedding, then bachelorette party (different girls ha) last weekend and have never gotten so many compliments on a dress before! I definitely see lots of yellow in my fashion forecast! :o)
