Seems clear that 2010 is all about color! The fall runway collections were mostly muted - but that isn't stopping designers from pulling out all the stops for S/S collections. It is full on feminine florals and happy colors. I'm drinking it in as quickly as they are serving it up. Spring... I'm ready for you!
