The image of
this particular Kraftmaid kitchen always stops me in my tracks. It's absolutely perfect. If there is an idealized version of a Franki Durbin culinary center of the home, this surely is it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. I want it. Santa.... are you listening to me?

Rather than feeling spartan, this all-white room is luxurious and warm. The designer surely achieved this in ingenious ways. First, the cabinets are warm brown on the inside. The illuminated cabinet interiors offer depth and contrast. The sinewy curves of both the paned glass doors and the chandelier offer just the right amount of femininity. Add in the irridescent micro-tile backsplash and you've arrived at the precise destination for perfection. As particular as I am, there's not a thing about this space I'd change - other than personal ownership (and the addition of a place for barstools). It exudes elegance while still begging you to cook up a feast within its luminous white walls. Deeelicious. Santa...It's perfect, I'll take it.
Mmmmm.. very nice. A Glamorous kitchen if I ever saw one.

I too love this kitchen. I actually used those tiles in another kitchen, but antiqued the cabinets in french gray and they took on a darker appearance. They are faux mother-of-pearl, so remind me of sequins or fish scales. So sparkly!

A truly glam kitchen. I gotta, gotta have it!

Me too, Zena! I downloaded every photo they have on the web site. The only real change I might consider making is to the countertops...maybe a slightly thicker granite slab. But... if it were gifted to me I certainly wouldnt be picky! ;)

That's a beautiful kitchen design with quality cabinets! its amazing what a kitchen designer can do with stock cabinets. Sometimes clients don't understand that value of a kitchen designer. Most of the time would would see such a design being built by a custom cabinet shop to pull of that look!
I love it!

I picked up a copy of Renovation Style and there was the ad on the back cover. LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! I, too, love the warmth in all the whiteness. Who new it was possible? Finally a way to work white appliances into a chic design. I also like the fact that this kitchen could be tailored to a smaller or larger space. What size do you think the floor tiles are? 16"? Thanks for the additional views! Where did you get those? I've been scrutinizing the photos at bedtime and figuring out how to make them a reality in my home. Santa, if you're out there, ONE MAGIC MONEY BOX, PLEASE!!

The way to a man's heart is through his stomach right? So we should have a perfect kitchen to cook the best dish we could offer.
