There is something fresh and fun about the season's "little big coat" we are seeing everywhere. Bracelet sleeves, shortened length with lots of volume on top. Particularly of interest are the punchy colors available. The pink above could easily have been inspired by a scoop of raspberry gelato eaten by the designer at a sidewalk cafe. These aren't the droll winter coats of seasons past. A far cry from them. It seems we've somehow freed ourselves of the dull palette of winter and reclaimed festive colors from the other seasons. These are mood-lifting pieces of apparel you'll look forward to wearing. Who wouldn't want a scoop of that?
