The Golden Mean
Sometimes you just have to say yes. Yes to great timing. Yes to serendipity. Yes to what life has in store. or in this case...what life has in the store.
Today as I perused my usual lengthy list of fave blogs I stumbled across this show stopping bracelet featured on Another Shade of Grey. For me it was love at first sight. Now, to be fair, lots of blogs showcase cute items we find on Etsy and around the web. It's what we do. We synthesize information and publish our finds, our thoughts, our translation of these discoveries for all to see. We are master aggregators of our experiences. But I don't often feel I have to go get an item immediately as I did with this gold bracelet from Clementine.
So who is she? Well, she's a blogger. She's an indie jewelry designer. She's an entrepreneur (which makes me love her that much more) and she's funny. What more could you ask for?

It's lovely!

I thought so too. She’s as nice as her work, as well. I feel great about buying a handmade piece of jewelry from such a lovely person!

We really do have the similar tastes--I came across that bracelet the other day as well and was going to purchase it on the spot.

Frankie - I loved her site! She made a pair of earrings that look just like ones Sienna Miller wore in Factory Girl. I'm ordering 'em today!

This is Glamorous...
Oh I love discovering someone with similar taste. It’s very fun, actually. I’m not sure what it was about this bracelet. It called my name and I had to have it. I can’t wait to see it in person!

Fashiongirl...
Oh that’s great! And she is a complete doll. I emailed her to alert her to my post. She’s just as sweet as can be. Even more impressive – her shipping rates. Extremely reasonable. I’m so glad you found some earrings!
