Designer Spotlight: Barbara Barry
No discussion of interior design is complete without a mention of Barbara Barry. Furniture, lighting, tableware - seemingly nothing exceeds her grasp when it comes to design. Oft described as laid-back glamour, Barry's rooms are sensual and livable.
One of my favorite qualities of Barry's work is the sheer breadth of her style. She can go modern or French country without batting a lash. More on Barry here...

There's a tendency to either worship or downplay the skills of so called top designers. But Barry really does offer a surprising amount of range. You have to respect all that she's accomplished in terms of making her name synonymous with style.
